Our founders, Mr. and Mrs. Armstrong, are pioneers when it comes to adventures across the globe. They're also pioneers when it comes to having an entrepreneurial mindset.  As they travel to these different cities, states and countries, they try to find a good place to enjoy hookah – whether it be a lounge or restaurant.  During one of those excursions, they asked themselves “How can we bring our love of hookah to our friends, clients and others, all while maintaining a premium level of service and expertise?" From that question, was the spark that brought you what is now known as WaterPype, Inc.


Here at WaterPype, we realize that hookah may not be for everyone, however it is a great conversation starter and a great way to relax or set the tone or mood for an event. People who often host events or gatherings, tend to want to go all out for their guests. And choosing WaterPype, Inc. is a great upscale feature to add to any small, private, or corporate event that you may be hosting. Why, you ask? The answer is simple.   • How old do you have to be to book?
  • Can I cancel my booking?
    Because we tailor your Hookah Experience specifically for your event, we adhere to the following Cancellation Policy. To receive a full refund, customers must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before the event. If cancellation is 14 or more days before the event but not within 48 hours of booking, 50% of the booking fee will be returned. If cancellation is less than 14 days of the event, no refund is given.
  • What location do you service?
    We travel all throughout the DFW Metroplex. However, a traveling fee will be applied at the time of booking for anything located over 40 miles
  • Can I book 2 hookahs?
    Yes! Please see the booking page for additional details.
  • How do I receive a refund?
    Please contact us via email at for issuing any potential refunds.
  • How many hours can I book a hookah for?
    Please see the booking page for additional details.
  • How far out can I book a hookah?
    You can book/reserve our hookahs up to 1 year in advance.
  • What's the latest I'm able to book an event?
    - For group events you can book as late as same day, if availability is present. - For individual sessions at least 24 hrs. in advance.
  • Where can I find my booking confirmation number?
    - Once an event is booked, you will receive a confirmation via email. - You can also find your scheduled booking/reservation after you login to our site, under the My Bookings tab.
  • What happens if something is broken or damaged?
    All damaged equipment is subject to our $150.00 damage fee.
